A Sacred Ceremony is a conscious container for transformation, healing, or celebration - held with reverence, intention, and devotion.
In ceremony, the ordinary becomes sacred. You are invited to slow down, turn inward, and witness yourself with love as you cross a personal threshold.
Each ceremony is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to your journey. It may include guided meditation, intention setting, soul inquiry, energetic clearing, ritual practices, emotional release, or creative expression - always grounded in deep presence and sacred space.
You’ll be gently guided every step of the way, and there’s space to be seen, supported, and held as you move through your transformation.

The Midwife for your transformation
Over 20 years ago, I embarked on my spiritual journey and have always felt a deep connection to ancient ways, and how our ancestors honored life's most significant thresholds with ceremony and ritual.
I have held ceremony for my greatest moments of release and becoming ~ my own descents, my own risings, my own zero-point moments. I know what it means to stand at the threshold, feeling completely alone. And I know what it feels like to be held through it.
To each ceremony, I bring two decades of spiritual practice, years of training and experience in energy work, somatic practices, and ancestral healing, and the lived understanding of a woman who has crossed many thresholds herself.

Women have been gathering in ceremony for thousands of years ~ to mark births and deaths, beginnings and endings, seasons and transitions. This tradition and principle is brought into your living room.
Every ceremony is a deeply personal and soul-aligned experience.

Here’s how your journey will unfold:
Choose your Ceremony
Let your intuition guide you. Once you book your ceremony, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to clarify your threshold, your heart’s desires, and what you’re stepping into or releasing.
You'll also receive a Sacred Ceremony mini course.
Sacred Preparation
Within 21 days of booking your session, you have time to prepare yourself intentionally for our ceremony and schedule a time.
At the same time, I will intuitively craft a custom ceremony just for you ~ drawing from my own intuition and spiritual guidance to match your intention.
Ceremonial Gathering
We meet in sacred space designed to open, honor, release, or activate ~ whatever your soul most needs.
You’ll be guided through personalized ceremonial journey beginning with energetic clearing, intention setting, visualization, channeling, and a variety of embodiment rituals - based on your chosen ceremony.
Integration & Reflection
After the ceremony, you’ll receive gentle reflection prompts or practices to help you anchor the experience and carry its medicine into your everyday life.
