A few years ago, before the world paused, I was stuck in my mind.

Constantly hustling. Pushing. Striving.

Never stopping.

Never taking a break.

Not listening to my heart.

I wore my productivity like a badge of honor, convinced that slowing down meant falling behind.

Self-care? That was for later. 

Rest? A luxury I didn't really know.

Until my body forced me to stop.



Burnout hit me like a tidal wave, leaving me exhausted, disconnected, and completely out of alignment with myself. And when I looked deeper, I realized the truth: I was stuck in my masculine energy on overdrive. I had built my life around hustling, structure, and relentless action - without leaving space for intuition, softness, ease, and flow.

At the time, I didn’t even know what that was.



But being forced to slow down became my greatest initiation.



As I stepped back, I started to feel again: tuning into my intuition, listening to my body, and allowing myself to receive rather than constantly chase.

I began to embrace my Divine Feminine Energy — the part of me that had been buried under years of overworking, perfectionism, and the pressure to always do more.

And that changed everything.
Because the Divine Feminine isn’t about weakness or passivity. It’s about power, magnetism, and deep embodiment.

Masculine energy is all about the mind, logic, rationality, taking action, direction, and linear straightforward-movement. It is also necessary.

But without the feminine, we become rigid, disconnected, and burnt out.

We need both.
We were designed to use both.
We need our beautiful minds, and we also need our hearts to guide us.
