3 ways to Goddess-Up your Life

What does it even mean to Goddess-Up your life?
It’s a glow-up for your entire life.
And we can glow up in many ways: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
To ‚Goddess-Up your Life‘ means cultivating the next level of yourself and unapologetically showing up as the person you want to be in this world.
It's not about becoming someone else or like someone else.
It’s about becoming more of yourself than ever before.
The more you embody your most authentic, true self, the better.
It's the embodiment of your inner truth that's being mirrored in every action that you take, every single moment of your life.
That is how you’re truly stepping into your power.
To give you some tangible examples with prompts for self-reflection, here’s
how you can start to Goddess-Up your Life today:
1. Upgrade the relationships in your life
Almost everything in life is about the relationship between you and someone else. May that be a personal or professional or any other kind of relationship. Humans are a social species, and we are meant to live together in a community. However, this can be a tricky thing, especially in a world in which many people struggle with emotions, personal experiences, or pressure of society/culture.
That’s why it is so important to define how a healthy relationship should look like for you.
Ask yourself:
Do the people in your life honor you and your values?
Are they supportive and respectful of your boundaries?
Do the people closest to you love you unconditionally?
And as everything you see in your life is a reflection of yourself (even your relationships!), ask yourself the following:
What part are you playing in your relationships? How do you contribute to a healthy dynamic?
Are you a good friend/partner/daughter?
Would you date yourself? Why or why not?
2. Improve the relationship with yourself
Self-love is a huge topic in our world, and many people struggle with it.
We haven’t been taught how to love ourselves at school, so we often must do it alone.
Becoming more mindful of how we treat ourselves is always a good start.
And focusing on self-care and self-nourishment.
Ask yourself every single day:
What would I do right now if I truly loved myself?
What is something that would nourish me right now?
How can I be kind to myself right now?
How can I act in a way so that I will show myself respect?
3. Know your WHY
A simple question to ask yourself:
why are you doing what you’re doing?
Why are you keeping that job you hate, entertaining so-called friends who are never truly there for you, or wanting to achieve a goal so badly?
Start asking yourself why you live the way you do, and you might find a more profound truth beyond the obvious reasons.
Once you know your true motivations, you can make shifts and changes to your behavior that will help you see your truth and break some old patterns, if necessary.
